We recently informed you of a preventive electrical maintenance staged in two phases and set to happen at the Gravelines Datacenter on April 29th and May 2nd.
Since customer centricity is at the heart of our DNA and based on feedback received from many of you, we have decided to RESCHEDULE this maintenance (Status task #1, Status task #2). However this Maintenance remains mandatory and will need to be carried out at a later date. As soon as a new date is agreed we will inform you, with a minimum of a two weeks notice. As requested by many of you, we will shorten the time window for this maintenance to 30 minutes.
We would like to apologize for the short notice especially to those that made arrangements to face this interruption.

As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our Infrastructure.
Start time : 29/04/2024 06:00 UTC End time : 29/04/2024 14:00 UTC Service impact : During the intervention, an electrical interruption on servers may occur at GRA1 and GRA2. No impact expected at GRA3 and GRA4. There is only these room potentialy impacted: - GRA1 : G132 - G117 - G118 - G116 - G107 - G108 - GRA2 : G201 - G211 - G208 - G210 - G220 - G224 - G222 - G209. If you are concerned by this risk, you received a specific communication by mail. Service improvement : In line with our policy of continuous improvement, our team will be switching to the main emergency power supply to carry out preventive background work. To avoid future power failures, we need to replace oil in the electrical main power supply.
