We're putting the first 100G link into production on our European backbone between Paris Telehouse2 and Milan.

To prevent edge effects, we have to temporarily remove the new link from production.
To maintain the best possible network quality, we're going to increase the capacity in Paris before reactivating the TH2 <> Milan link.
