Service improvement : We have to switch to the new SMAUG architecture because the old Thorn architecture no longer supports the traffic we have on this site.
This change is for transfering backbone link from nwk-5 to nyc-ny1-sbb2-8k and activating new link between bhs-g1-nc5 and nyc-ny1-sbb1-8k.
