Please be advised that work is still ongoing. Our provider has spliced part of the fibers and are still working on the rest. Our Field Engineer is assisting them in order to make the process faster and accurate. No ETR can be provided yet.

Root cause : A fiber cut has been detected between Marseille and Paris. Ongoing actions : Our team located the fiber cut. An intervention is on site to address the issue.
