FS#5415 — rbx-s1-6k rbx-s2-6k
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Network & Infrastructure
Completed
The router of service rbx-s1-6k will be restarted tonight at 00h00 in order to update it. We arrive at the maximum capacity of the routing table, that's why we have to reconfigure it.

Meanwhile we will update the ACE#1 card in order to fix a bug cisco:

May 5 2011 10:35:21 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: Available CP memory less than 3 percent: 21266432 bytes. Free high memory: 2093056 bytes
May 5 2011 10:35:21 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: Total memory: 845963264 bytes, Total high memory: 671088640 bytes
May 5 12:35:43 rbx-s1-ace-admin May 5 2011 10:35:21 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: Process Pid VMZ(KB) RSS(KB)
May 5 12:35:44 rbx-s1-ace-admin May 5 2011 10:35:21 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: lcpfw 613 175156 111740

Le process lcpfw provoque une fuite mémoire de la carte :

CSCtj41469 ACE : lcpfw process slow memory leak - low memory after aprox. 150days

We have prepared beforehand this intervention by switching its customers ACE in redundant mode as well as vRack customers by enabling the HSRP. So there is no cutoff expected. However, we have had no feedback from other customers which has prevent us to enable the redundancy solutions to overcome the cuts on this intervention, in this case an unavailability of about 10 minutes is expected.

Routeur is up now.

The ACE card loaded tempo licences first and did not consider perm licences.
problem is fixed now and all contexts that didn't start will be remounted.
