To do this, we will isolate the router and then ask an on-site technician to unplug the router, so we can replace the card with a spare.
Update(s):
Date: 2015-04-13 09:24:02 UTC The router is stable again. The sessions with the internal routing protocol have correctly mounted, as have most of the external sessions (namely towards the peering point).
However, sessions towards certain French operators (Orange, SFR, Numericable) have not remounted. After investigating with the right teams, sessions are remounting bit by bit. We're mainly focussing on the Orange session, as we have another connection point with Orange which was hugely impacted by this incident.
Date: 2015-04-13 09:20:39 UTC We will insert the new card.
Date: 2015-04-13 09:20:25 UTC The manufacturer sent us the wrong monitoring card. The right card has just been sent. We will replace the card with the one we have.
Date: 2015-04-13 09:19:16 UTC The ports are UP. The routing protocols are converging.
Date: 2015-04-13 09:18:36 UTC Teh card rebooted to the correct image. We will set the configuration.
Date: 2015-04-13 09:18:11 UTC The router is isolated. We will begin the intervention.
