We are currently experiencing an incident affecting our Infrastructure offering, which is causing temporary Availability issues in room W01.

Here is detail for this incident :
Start time : 11/06/2025 07:12 UTC
Impacted Service(s) : Servers located in racks W01A01, W01A02, W01A03, W01A04, W01A05, W01A06, W01A07, W01A09, W01A10, W01B07, W01B13 and W01B14 are temporarily unavailable through public network.
Also, servers located in racks W01B19, W01B18, W01B17, W01B20 and W01B21 are temporarily unavailable through private network.
Customers Impact : Some customers are temporarily unable to access and use their servers located in the specified servers.
Root Cause : This incident is caused by an electrical equipment issue.
Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
