Date: 2018-09-03 23:47:07 UTC Our provider confirmed the issue. It has been identified via SMW3 Segment 3 (between Singapore - Perth). Initial findings show a suspected cable fault and issue has been engaged to our cable provider partner.
In addition, our Perth team has been engaged to dispatch to the cable landing station (CLS) for OTDR testing to measure location of fault and identify if it's subsea cable or land-based cable fault. NO available ETR as of this writing but we will inform you back the soonest once secured.
