We've got several reports that OVH was not able to be reached trough Cogent (AS174). Even if this situation is out of our control, we contacted Cogent and they confirmed to have an issue on Vienne - Bratislava path wich created a complete down to OVH (and probably other AS) from Cogent of this region. Cogent has resolved quickly the situation and the situation is back to normal. Sorry for any inconvenient.
