Service impact : Customers will be impacted depending on the number of ports and POPs used:
- OCC 1 port : About 1 hour traffic cut is expected
- OCC 2 ports : Minor traffic cut is expected (less than an hour).
- OCC 2x POP : No impact expected if BGP sessions has been configured
Service improvement : Following our continuous improvement policy, we are doing some operation to standardize the network configuration of backbone equipment.
Our technical teams are working on the issue. Update will be post as significant progress is made.
