Impacted Service(s) : Configuration of vRack network was temporarily unavailable.
Customers Impact : Since 23/05/2025 12:30 UTC, customers are able to configure their vRack without a problem.
Impacted customers between 19/05/2025 09:57 UTC and 23/05/2025 12:30 UTC are able to configure their vRack network (add/remove servers from vRack) since 23/05/2025 14:02 UTC.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a software issue.
